Resolved: Temporary Performance Degradation with Identity verification service

Yesterday, between 09:52 UTC and 12:22 UTC. We identified a performance degradation affecting the Identity verification service. During this window, some customers may have experienced intermittent delays, slower response times, or failed requests when attempting to use the service.

Our engineering team immediately investigated the root cause and implemented a fix to restore optimal performance.

This incident has been fully resolved, and all core systems are operating at normal capacity. We are conducting a thorough post-mortem to prevent this type of disruption from happening again.
