The Yoti NOC team noticed an increase in error rate towards our Identity verification and Identity verification Portal.

The root cause of this was due to a significant increase in resources being used which triggered a master fail over of the database, as a result the database cluster experienced an offline status for a period of time.

Impacted customers would have received server errors during this time.

We apologise for any inconvenience this outage has caused our customers.
