We experienced a temporary loss of service to our Age Verification service at 11:36 UTC due to an issue during a standard production release. This issue caused the live production service to be nonfunctional for 69 minutes (approx).

The issue was fixed at around 11:30 UTC.

We apologise for any inconvenience this outage has caused our customers.

The Digital ID and Identity verification service is fully operational. This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring
The issue with the admin checks is resolved now. Our engineers will monitor the situation until we declare the incident resolved.

Investigating
We are getting some slowness in admin checks through the system that affects the Digital ID and Identity verification services. The checks are taking longer wait time than usual. We are continuing to investigate the issue.
